There's something incredibly soothing about sharing a space with like-minded folks, those you can connect with on a deep level. As they say, "We heal through safe connections." Sometimes, we yearn for a tribe where we feel understood and less alone.

Today, thanks to technology, we're closer to others than ever before. It's easier than ever to connect with people worldwide who lift our spirits.

Not too long ago, I stumbled upon a TikTok live session hosted by Sarah Michelle Wong (sarah.michelle.wong). In these sessions, she would sit in a quiet room, with soft worship music playing, and simply hold space for people to share their burdens. After seeing this room pop up on my TikTok feed several times, I decided to join in on a day when everything seemed particularly heavy in my life.

This room felt like a sanctuary where I could pour out my innermost feelings, knowing I was supported and truly heard. There's something profoundly healing about having someone empatheticly witness your pain, even if it's through a screen.

Sometimes, words aren't necessary; having your pain acknowledged in a safe space can work wonders.

Sarah Michelle Wong is not just a transformation coach and TikTok content creator; she also has a strong Christian background. Yet, her space is welcoming to people from all belief systems.

Beyond the quiet sanctuary, Sarah hosts weekly Zoom healing circles. Here, participants share what's happening in their lives, getting input or simply soaking in the empathetic atmosphere. Even if I have nothing specific to share, I eagerly join these sessions. It's comforting to create art while being surrounded by loving souls.

Since subscribing to her TikTok, I gained exclusive access to her Discord channel, the Diny Family. It genuinely feels like a cozy little family in there. Members interact, sharing both their ups and downs.

When Sarah isn't holding space or hosting healing sessions, you'll find her vibing to catchy tunes and engaging in TikTok live battles with others on Tiktok. It's the perfect balance of enjoyment and solace, a reminder that joy exists even during tough times.

I'm grateful to have crossed paths with Sarah during a time when I needed a safe space. Her spaces have been a tremendous addition to my healing journey.

If you're on the lookout for a safe space to release your troubles and have a good time, I wholeheartedly recommend following her on TikTok: sarah.michelle.wong.
